Board Of Directors
Andrew Waltz is the CEO/Chairman of DigtPay Co Limited, and he has over 25 years of experience working at investment management firms and banks in Asia and Europe on both retail and institutional platforms. He has held senior executive positions at some of Asia's and Europe's most prominent financial institutions. Andrew Waltz holds a bachelor's degree in banking and finance from Harvard University as well as a master's degree in management from the University of Maine. He brings to the Board of Directors many years of leadership experience, including a strong background in executive management and sales.
Ivan Domitrovich is in charge of the firm's strategic management and is responsible for driving growth and preserving the firm's distinct culture. He advises entrepreneurs and executives on their overall business needs as an industry veteran and trusted manager. His focus as an executive and entrepreneur over the last 20 years has been on funding, investing in, and building asset management companies. He has a track record of building and managing high-performing teams in both public and private capital markets. Using both alternative and traditional approaches. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at El Paso and an M.B.A. from the University of the United Kingdom.
Martin Smith joined DigtPay Company Limited in August 2017 with over 30 years of industry experience, including 13 years as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Investment Officer of several Asian companies. He began his career in 1981 as a sales representative and progressed through a variety of management positions. He has also held numerous management and financial positions within the company. Martin Smith graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration and went on to complete the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Sarah Allen is the Investment Research Team Leader at DigtPay Company Limited. She helps with investment manager due diligence, asset allocation modeling, and implementation, and she travels around the world looking for the best investment managers for the firm's clients. She joined the board in June 2016 and serves on the Investment Committee. She held several key management positions in several Asian firms prior to joining DigtPay Company Limited. She is in charge of risk analysis, premium levels, break-even probabilities, and general reserving practices for clients. Sarah Allen graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics.
Scott Donovan In January 2016, was appointed to the Board. Scott Donovan has over 25 years of international business experience in financial services, banking, and renewable energy. He came from Unity Bank, where he was a member of the Group's Executive Committee. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at other European firms. He brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience with him. He has gained comprehensive knowledge of the development of the European financial services industry and has built a strong network by working with both international and local financial companies in Asia. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Business Administration with distinction in Finance, a Master of Science in Computer, Information, and Control Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
